Studies show that CoolSculpting is one of the more effective fat reduction procedures. CoolSculpting is a nonsurgical, noninvasive medical procedure that helps remove extra fat cells from beneath the skin. Since it is a noninvasive treatment, there are several obvious benefits over the traditional surgical fat removal procedures.

CoolSculpting uses a procedure known as Cryolipolysis. It works by placing a section of fat into two panels and then cooling that fat to a freezing temperature.
